SHIPPING
When will my order Ship?
Shipping normally delivers in 1-5 business days. You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at check-out when placing your order. If you need to change your address - please email us at charlotteanns1942@gmail.com
How long does shipping take?
Orders will be processed and shipped 24-48 hours after being placed. You will receive an automated email with your tracking information for your order and tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.
RETURNS
When will I receive my credit?
Once we receive your order please allow 24-48 hours for your store credit to be issued. It will appear there automatically and can be applied at check out on your next order. Please note - you will not receive a separate notification for the store credit being issued.
What is your Return Policy?

We understand that sometimes every item doesn’t work out and thats ok! We want you to love your purchase made from Charlotte’s! Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Item(s) MUST be returned within 10 business days of receiving your order. Unfortunately after this timeframe your item(s) will not be eligible for return. No exceptions.
Items purchased must be in PERFECT condition to be returned. All item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of odor as well as free of make up or deodorant stains.
We do not offer exchanges, however, if the item you are returning is in stock you can use your store credit to purchase a different size.
